Shrimper's Net Catch. A very fancy name. Actually, it's shrimp steamed in beer. The shrimps were with their shells, so you got to use your hands to peel the shells. I like the shrimps being steamed and infused with beer, though be sure that the alcohol content in this dish will do you no harm. Shrimps were fresh and sweet, and you can squeeze some lemong juice over it to add in tangy taste.
