Au Gratin Chicken Charbroiled. This chicken charbroiled was placed on top of mashed potato and topped with a piece of melted cheese. It was also served alongside some coleslaw and lettuce. The lettuce was 2 pieces only. The charbroiled chicken was slightly charred and I had to remove the charred skin. The taste was slightly salty. The melted cheese was normal. continue reading

Twin Footlong Sausage with black pepper sauce. The twin sausages was served alongside lettuce and coleslaw. These sausages were topped with some minced meat, tomato cubes and sprinkled with some cheese powder. The black pepper sauce has strong black pepper taste. However, the sausage was dry and the texture was not up to my expectation. We did not finish this dish. continue reading

Hawaiian Chicken Chop. Well, when we mentioned Hawaiian style, it is always got to do with the pineapple. The same goes for this dish. The chicken chop was served on top of a bed of mashed potato and topped with a piece of pineapple. It also came alongside some salad and coleslaw. The pineapple added some sweetness to the chicken chop. It was a big piece and quite tender. It was not too salty. continue reading
