Square’s French Affair 5-Course set menu is priced at RM150.00 nett for two persons and is available on 14 February 2012 from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Start of your evening by indulging in Tochon Quail Breast served with Salad Bouquet and Balsamic Reduction, Wild Forest Mushroom Cream Soup with Garlic Bread and Sesame Grissini and Mango Serbet with Orange Zest. For the main course, guests can opt for either the specially flown in Gratinated Tasmanian Salmon Fillet with Macadamia Crust and Pink Pepper Corn Sauce or tuck into juicy Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Anna Potatoes, Spring Vegetables served with Tarragon Sauce. To wrap up the special evening, chef presents a scrumptious dessert of Raspberry Parfait served with Strawberry Mint Compote with Tuilles. Coffee and tea is available.
