This new restaurant in Puchong is the first restaurant that brings in the concept of stone steam pot from Guangdong, China. It's a very special kind of "steamboat" that cooks the food by steaming instead of boiling with soup. All the steamboat ingredients, especially seafood, are freshly steamed on the spot without adding any seasoning or sauces, so that customers can enjoy the food in a healthy way. Soup and rice are put at the bottom of the pot. During the steaming process, they will absorb the essence of the seafood and become porridge.
